About UsKeystone Meadows opened in June of 1999 as the first distinguished assisted living community in Decatur, Illinois. Keystone Meadows originally opened with 50 apartment suites. This was the beginning of our retirement community. In 2001, Keystone Meadows added 9 more apartment suites, bringing our total to 59. Keystone Gardens opened in September 2001 and completed our retirement campus. Keystone Gardens offers 50 spacious independent living apartment suites that provide comfortable, luxurious, and maintenance-free living. The Keystone campus is ideally located close to shopping centers, restaurants, and healthcare offices, yet we are in a quiet neighborhood. Our goal is to provide a refreshing alternative in retirement living. Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens provide a place where you can enjoy your retirement years and participate in the special activities, hobbies, and recreation that you most enjoy. The Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens staff is dedicated to providing excellent services in a friendly and respectful manner. Quality Care ServicesThe professional nursing staff at Keystone Meadows serves the residents of both Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens.
