Keystone Gardens Independent Living
I am not ready to move right now. What should I do to prepare for my move?
We understand that the decision to move is a major one. Often individuals and families wait too long and are forced to make a decision at a critical time. To help make the transition easier, you can join our waiting list for Keystone Gardens independent living suites or for assisted living suites at Keystone Meadows. We recommend that you visit with our Community Relations Director or Executive Director and join the Priority Wait List program. This will afford you the opportunity to consider all of the benefits of living at Keystone Gardens as you take your time planning this important move.
How much does it cost to live at Keystone Gardens?
Keystone Gardens offers four different styles of suites to choose from. The monthly fee varies according to each independent living suite. The fee includes a meal allowance, water/sewer, electric, garbage disposal and cable services. In addition, each resident can use all of the unique common areas such as the Fitness Center, Recreation Area, and Activity Lounge. For more information on the cost or to schedule a visit, contact our Community Relations Director or the Executive Director.
What if I need personal assistance?
Adjacent to Keystone Gardens is Keystone Meadows Assisted Living Residence, where our professional nursing staff serves the residents of both Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens. If you have an emergency, our nursing staff will respond to assist you. Should residents of Keystone Gardens find that additional personal assistance and care services are desired, an easy move to Keystone Meadows keeps residents close to friends and familiar activities. Residents of Keystone Gardens who develop an increased need for personal assistance will be given priority for the next available assisted living suite at Keystone Meadows.
What do I do with all of my furniture and belongings?
Keystone Gardens offers four styles of spacious suites. Each suite can accommodate several unique arrangements of your furniture. In addition, Keystone Gardens offers garages to store your vehicle and/or other personal belongings. Many of our residents have moved into their suites prior to selling their home, which has allowed them to move the furniture and belongings that they feel most comfortable with.
What is the process of moving in to Keystone Gardens?
Please contact our Community Relations Director or Executive Director to set up a time for your personal tour. You will see all the beautiful community areas and amenities we offer and meet our staff. We will answer your questions, and we will be happy to assist you in coordinating your move into your new home.
