Our professionally trained staff at Keystone Gardens understands that resident satisfaction determines our success. We work together and with each resident to accommodate individual needs while allowing as much independence as possible.
Food and Beverage Services Staff
Our Food Services Director is a Licensed Food Services Manager with a Sanitation Certification. Our food services personnel serve wonderful meals with a full menu of options. The wait staff are kind and courteous, creating an enjoyable and friendly dining experience in the Keystone Café.
Maintenance Director
Our Maintenance Director hangs pictures and takes care of any of maintenance needs. He also serves as one of our bus drivers who can take residents to shopping and appointments.
Activity Director
Our Activity Director is energetic and creates a fun, entertaining environment, including recreational events and outings. She drives our bus when we go out for special events, shopping, dining, or an overnight adventure.
Housekeeper
Our housekeeper is busy ensuring that Keystone Gardens is neat and clean. Residents may schedule the housekeeper to clean the apartment suite as often as desired. Her services are a delightful aid in any home.

Debbie Lowe is the Community Relations Director of Keystone Meadows and Keystone Gardens. Since she joined us in 1999, she has been instrumental in establishing our communities as the premier retirement living option in Decatur. Debbie is committed to establishing and achieving quality standards and systems to inform seniors and their families and communicate the advantages of assisted living and independent living services. She has a passion to listen and connect with seniors who can benefit from assisted living and independent living services.

Jami Bray has been dedicated to serving residents of long-term care services since 1994. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the long-term care industry, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, and independent living services. As Executive Director since 2000, Jami has helped to establish Keystone Gardens and Keystone Meadows as the premier retirement community in Decatur. Jami was the catalyst in achieving Keystone Meadows’ first Assisted Living License from the Illinois Department of Public Health in January 2002. Jami believes that servant leadership is the key to promoting a healthy environment for the staff and the residents. His goal is to continue to set the standard of excellence in assisted living and independent living services, which is evident by outstanding results from Resident Satisfaction Surveys.
Jami has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Christian Business Administration from Lincoln Christian College, Lincoln, Illinois.
