Billing for care
Each resident's particular needs are scheduled on a daily basis. Our nursing department maintains records of each resident's service plan as well as other health information. Residents are only billed for the level of service rendered.

at Keystone Meadows Assisted Living
Keystone Meadows offers four levels of personal service plans ranging from minimal assistance to full assistance. In consultation with the resident, family members, and physician, we build a personal service plan to best meet the needs of each resident. Developing the right service plan helps individuals enjoy each day to the fullest.
Some of our residents need minimal assistance, while others require regular care or reminders. Personal Service Plans are developed for each resident to ensure comfort and well-being while maintaining dignity and choice and to allow families to have a better idea of the needs of their loved ones. Our staff provides ongoing assessments, and residents and family are kept informed of any changes in needs.
Services and amenities included in the monthly fee:
- Emergency pull cord and call service in each suite, monitored 24 hours per day by our professional nursing staff
- Three delicious meals served each day in the dining room
- Certain diet restrictions can be accommodated
- Private personal assistance by professional caregivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Medication management or reminders
- Scheduled transportation
- Social, recreational, religious, and educational activities
- All utilities except telephone (includes cable, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage removal)
- Basic and expanded cable TV service provided; additional pay channels available
- Maintenance of apartment suite
